1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the «Policy») establishes the procedure for obtaining, storing, processing, using and disclosing information, including the personal data of users of the saven.ua website (hereinafter referred to as saven.ua). Information about personal data is received by SAVEN LLC, which owns the saven.ua website, from the users of this website.

1.2. saven.ua treats the confidential information of any person who visits our website with respect. In this connection, saven.ua has developed this Policy, the purpose of which is to inform the User about the procedure for the collection, storage and processing of personal data and information provided by Users in the course of using this website.

1.3. By using any part of the Site, the User automatically gives their consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy. The User has no right to use the Site if they do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, or if they have not reached the age established by law at which they are entitled to enter into such agreements. In this case, the User is prohibited from using the Site, any information posted on the Site, and any services provided by means of the Site, and the User is obliged to leave the Site.

1.4. saven.ua is not responsible for the procedure of obtaining, storing, processing, using and disclosing the User's Personal Data by third-party enterprises and organisations that are not owned or managed by saven.ua, and by individuals who are not employees of saven.ua, even if the User obtained access to the sites, goods or services of such persons by means of the Site.

1.5. The User acknowledges that, in the event of the User's negligent attitude towards the security and protection of their personal data and authorisation data, third parties may obtain unauthorised access to the account and to the User's personal and other data. saven.ua is not responsible for losses caused by such access.

2. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED BY MEANS OF THE WEBSITE

2.1. saven.ua collects information relating to particular persons solely for the purpose of processing and use, and only where the User has voluntarily given consent to its use.

2.2. Personal Data means information that makes it possible to establish the identity of the User and/or to be used for contacting the User. Such information includes the User's first name, surname, patronymic, address of location and email address. This information about the User may be stored in our contact or administrative databases in connection with past or current cooperation with the User, or in view of the fact that, in our opinion, the User may be interested in receiving materials from saven.ua about our activities and services.

2.3. Other information that may be collected automatically when the User visits the Site:

  • Addresses of third-party sites from which the User navigated to the Site;
  • The User's Internet Protocol address (IP address);
  • Addresses of websites that the User visited at the same time as this website;

 3. METHOD AND PURPOSE OF USING PERSONAL DATA

3.1. Information about the User, including personal data, is used for the purpose of ensuring the implementation of civil-law relations, tax relations and relations in the field of accounting, and the performance of contractual obligations for the sale of goods or the provision of services.

3.2. The purpose of obtaining, storing, processing and using the User's Personal Data is to protect both the interests of the User and the interests of saven.ua, as well as to provide the User with services, including the display of personalised or general information and the improvement of the quality of service during the sale of goods and the provision of services by means of the saven.ua website.

3.3. saven.ua usually uses the personal information collected by means of our site for:

  • providing  the information and services requested by Users;
  • security and the prevention of fraud;
  • quality customer service;
  • personalisation of the use of the website;
  • displaying personalised advertising when the website is visited;
  • providing Users with special offers and other information which, in our opinion, may be of interest to Users (but only with their permission);

The User may unsubscribe from the mailing by using the «Unsubscribe» link in the email received from saven.ua.

4. CONDITIONS FOR GRANTING ACCESS TO THE DATABASE

4.1. The transfer of Personal Data to third parties is permitted in the following cases:

  • after obtaining the consent of the User to whom this information relates;
  • where it is necessary to transfer Personal Data in order to fulfil the User's order or request;
  • upon substantiated requests of state authorities that have the right to receive such data.

Also in the event that, in the opinion of saven.ua, the User violates the terms of this Agreement and/or of other contracts and agreements between saven.ua and the User.

4.2. The User permits saven.ua to allow other companies, with which saven.ua has concluded the relevant agreements, to receive, store and process data about the User (other than Personal Data), such as the User's IP address, cookies, and also statistical information about the User's activity, in order to improve the quality of the services and advertising information provided by those companies.

4.3. Disclosure of personal data is also carried out when the User orders services on the Site, but only to the extent necessary to identify the User and their order.

5. PERSONAL DATA OF YOUNG CHILDREN

5.1. saven.ua does not wish to collect information about visitors under 14 years of age. Where necessary, we may unambiguously draw the child's attention to the fact that they are not obliged to send any personal information to our address. If the parents or other legal representatives of the child discover that the child has provided certain information to saven.ua, and consider that these data must be destroyed, the parents or other legal representatives should contact us by email. In this case we will immediately delete the relevant personal information.

6. PROCEDURE FOR CHANGING/DELETING INFORMATION

6.1. The User has the right, at any time, not to provide saven.ua with personal information, or to decide to block the acceptance of cookies. The User may also refuse to receive advertising emails, or apply to saven.ua with a request that saven.ua not share the personal information collected on the Site with non-affiliated third parties for use by them for their own marketing purposes. The User may make such a request by sending an email.

6.2. The operation of certain features of the Site which require the presence of information about the User may be discontinued from the moment the information is changed/deleted.

6.3. The User's Personal Data are stored until they are deleted by the User.

6.4. A letter (information) sent to the email address specified by the User shall constitute sufficient notification to the User of the deletion or other processing of personal data.

7.2. Upon written request and on presentation of a document establishing their identity, the User may be provided with information about the procedure for obtaining information on the location of the database.

8. PROTECTION OF INFORMATION

8.1. saven.ua takes all reasonable precautions to protect the confidentiality of data. Only those employees of saven.ua who need to perform work functions requiring access to users' personal information have access to information about users.

8.2. saven.ua uses a comprehensive data security programme that includes commercially reasonable administrative, physical and technological security measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorised access, use, and unauthorised or accidental destruction, alteration or disclosure. Although saven.ua takes commercially reasonable precautions to ensure the level of security, the User agrees that the confidentiality of data transmitted over the Internet is not guaranteed, and that in the event that access to such data is obtained by third parties outside the area of the technical means of communication controlled by saven.ua, saven.ua is not responsible for losses caused by such access.

9. PROCEDURE FOR AMENDING THE PRIVACY POLICY

9.1. saven.ua may change the terms of the privacy policy. In such a case, saven.ua will replace the version of the document on the «Privacy Policy» page. Please review these terms periodically in order to stay informed about how saven.ua protects information about Users on the Site.

9.2. saven.ua is not responsible for any harm or losses incurred by the User or by third parties as a result of an erroneous understanding or a misunderstanding of the terms of this Privacy Policy, of instructions or directions on the procedure for using the Site, on the procedure for posting data, or on other technical matters.

10. ADDITIONAL TERMS

10.1. In the event that any provision of the Privacy Policy, including any sentence, clause or part thereof, is found to be contrary to law or invalid, this shall not affect the other provisions which are not contrary to law; those provisions remain in full force and are valid, and any invalid provision, or provision that cannot be performed, shall, without any further action by the Parties, be deemed amended and corrected to the extent necessary to ensure its validity and enforceability.

10.2. This Privacy Policy applies to the User from the moment when, in the course of using the Site, they agreed to the terms of this Privacy Policy upon transferring their Personal Data, and remains in force for as long as any information about the user, including personal data, is stored on the Site.

10.3. The legislation of Ukraine applies to the relations between saven.ua and the User. Each party fully agrees that the relevant courts of Ukraine have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims and disputes relating to the Agreement.
